Supporting Teens’ Service

Service Project Scholarship Fund

$500 scholarships to be used for Rivertowns teens participating in service trips

Who is eligible:

High school students from Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings, Irvington
Preference given to students who participate in South Church’s teen group.
Preference given to Bridges to Community service trips.
Recipients must share their experiences during a church service and/or to the teen group after their service trip. They are also invited to speak during the following year’s teen benefit.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received.

To apply: interested students should send a 250-word statement of intent, including the below information, to South Church’s office, attn. Teen Scholarship (343 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522) regarding the service trip they will be taking and why they want to participate. A panel of teens and adults will review the applications.
